Your work
The scope of work for Logo Design is as follows;
A design brief for a logo is created through the website. Payment is processed online via PayPal upon which work commences immediately. Within 24 hours of payment being processed, one logo design is sent via email. In the case that you are satisfied with the design, you should reply to the delivery email and notify us as such. Afterwhich, within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email, we will send your logo via email in the following formats. For print as a scalable PDF and as a JPEG, 300ppi, CMYK colour mode. For web as a transparent PNG, sRBG colour mode.
You may submit three sets of revisions, if required, after which a charge of €24.99 per set of changes will be applicable. See below for our full revisions policy and details as to what constitutes a set of revisions.
In the very rare circumstance that you wish to discontinue our engagement, reply to your delivery email and notify us as such and a 110% refund will be issued you through PayPal. That concludes the scope of work for logo design.
We are not responsible for matters that are outside the scope of the work agreed. All logos are fixed at €99. You must pay to us, on demand, all reasonable costs, charges or losses sustained or incurred by us (including, without limitation, any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit and loss of reputation, loss or damage to property and those arising from injury to or death of any person and loss of opportunity to deploy resources elsewhere) arising directly or indirectly from any of the following acts or omissions by you: fraud, negligence, failure to perform or delay in the performance of any of your obligations.
Work will commence following full payment and order details either through the website or by email.
Printing
We are not responsible for print errors. If you choose to use us to print you will receive a proof which must be agreed before print commences. If you print with another company it is between yourselves to agree a proof. Colours differ on screen and in print, you may provide us with pantone or CMYK references at the beginning of the order and we will happily use them. Some printers require specific artwork to be supplied, if you do not plan to use us for print please send us artwork specifications for your chosen printer before we start the design process, otherwise further costs may be charged if we have to make changes after final files have been sent.

Your artwork will then be stored on our servers for one month before we archive the files. We will happily provide replacement files in the first month at no charge.
After the files have been archived an administration fee of €20 is applicable should you wish to receive a copy of your files.
Final files can be delivered on a CD for a charge of €12.50 Irish postage, €15.00 overseas. This service is only available prior to the files being archived.
We keep all files for a maximum of one year. If we do not receive feedback or file requests within that time the project is seen as complete. Full payment is required after that time if you wish to continue any design package.
Ending our relationship
You may ask us to stop work on your project at any time. If so, please confirm that in writing. We may choose to stop acting for you, but only if we have good reason to do so (for example, if you continually do not give us clear and constructive feedback, or do not make a payment when due). If we stop working for you we are still entitled to be paid for what we have done, and may keep your work until we have been paid.
Jurisdiction
These terms and our relationship will be governed by Irish Law. We each submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
Agreement
Unless otherwise agreed, these terms of business apply to any instructions you have already given us and all future instructions you give us. Your continuing instructions in this matter will amount to your acceptance of these terms and conditions of business.
Revision Policy
The price of €199 includes three sets of revisions. That is, after we deliver the first design to you, we will modify the logo design up to three times. Each set of revisions will be returned to you in 24 hours and our 110% money back guarantee stands for all revisions.
If more than three sets of changes are required a cost of €24.99 per additional set of changes or is applicable.
An example of set of revisions would be;
- Make the type more bold...
- Decrease the size of the tagline...
- Change the following colours...
- Provide more contrast...
- Move this component...
Giving directional, specific feedback, instead of questions, will help guide us to realise what you envision. Instructions for changes/revisions that amount to a completely new design are not accecptable.
Double check for typos and spelling mistakes
Check the information you submit for typos. We are not responsible for any typos, spelling mistakes or inaccuracies which come with incorrectly entered briefs. You are not entitled to a refund based on dissatisfaction because of incorrect design as a result of incorrect information entered during the order process.
Currency Exchange and approximations in US Dollar and Sterling
All Logos costs €99. The approximate figure given in US Dollars and Sterling is an average and the actual cost you will be charged is automatically calculated by PayPal on current exchange rates for the time at which you order.
Our 110% Money Back Guarantee
There are no catches and our guarantee hides no gimmicks. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order or we deliver in excess of 24 hours (excluding a Business Package order) from the time we receive your order, we will refund you the full amount paid plus an extra 10%.
What happens if you are not completely satisfied
In the event of a refund being given because of an unsatisfactory order, where design revisions are not desired, future orders from that customer are suspended until reasons, which we judge to be valid, are submitted to us via email.
Note also, in such a case, the undesired logo will remain the property of LOGO24 and may not be used under any circumstance by the customer who made the initial request or any other party. Illegal use of the undesired logo will be accompanied by the appropriate legal proceedings.
What happens if we deliver in more than 24 hours
You have two options: to receive your order with a 50% discount or to choose not to receive the order, in which case the full 110% refund will be issued to you.
Colour Reproduction
A refund will not be given for discrepancy between on-screen and printed colours. E.g. Some brighter, saturated colours which can be produced on-screen, cannot be reproduced 100% accurately in the CMYK print colour mode. That is, some very saturated colours or very bright colours will appear more desaturated, or dull, when printed. For more information email design@logotwentyfour.com
