I have received my Design, but how do I unzip/open it?
If you use Windows XP, follow the instructions here to unzip your design.
If you use Windows Vista, follow the instructions here to unzip your design.
If you use a Mac, follow the instructions here to unzip your design.
I'm ordering from a country outside the Euro Zone, how are currency rates and prices worked out?
All Logos costs €199. The approximate figure given in US Dollars and Sterling is an average and the actual cost you will be charged is automatically calculated by PayPal on current exchange rates for the time at which you order.
Do I really get 110% of my Money Back?
Yes, there are no catches and our guarantee hides no gimmicks. If you are not entirely satisfied with your design or we deliver your design in excess of 24 hours from the time we receive your order, you have the option of a full refund plus an extra 10%, that is, €218.90 in the case of Logo Design.
